Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Adsignor (“Adsignor”, “we”, “us”, or “the Service”) handles when you use our website and application, and how we handle it. We have built the Service to collect as little as possible.

1. Summary

2. Who we are

Adsignor provides software for digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising operators to manage screens, bookings, proposals, invoices, and advertiser relationships. References to “we” or “the Service” mean the operator of Adsignor.

For most personal data we hold (such as your account details), we act as the data controller. For the business data you enter into your workspace (such as your advertisers and their contacts), you are the controller and we act as a processor handling that data on your behalf and on your instructions.

3. Information we handle

Account information

When you create an account or workspace, we process basic details such as your name, email address, password (stored only in hashed form), and workspace settings. This is necessary to create and operate your account.

Data you enter

The Service stores the information you choose to put into your workspace - for example screens, bookings, proposals, invoices, advertisers, and contacts. You decide what to enter, and you can edit or delete it at any time. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process any personal data (such as your advertisers’ contact details) that you enter.

Technical information

To keep the Service secure and working, our infrastructure providers process limited technical data such as IP address and request logs for short periods. We do not use this to build advertising profiles.

Payment information

We do not collect or store your payment-card details. All payments and billing are handled by our third-party payment provider acting as Merchant of Record (see “Service providers” below). We receive only the information needed to manage your subscription status, such as plan and renewal state.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use only essential cookies and browser local storage required to sign you in and keep your session secure. We do not use advertising, marketing, or cross-site tracking cookies.

For website analytics we use a privacy-first, cookieless analytics tool. It does not set cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not collect personal data - it provides only aggregate, anonymous statistics (such as total page views) that help us understand general usage.

5. How we use information

We may also contact you by email about your account and the Service - including important service updates, changes to features, security notices, and occasional information we believe is relevant to your use of Adsignor. Essential service messages (such as sign-in, security, billing, and legal notices) are part of operating your account and cannot be opted out of while it remains active. Any non-essential or promotional emails are sent only where permitted by law - on the basis of your consent or our legitimate interest - and always include a way to unsubscribe.

We do not use your workspace data for advertising, and we do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

Where data protection law applies, our legal bases for this processing are: performance of a contract (to create and operate your account and provide the features you use), legitimate interests (to keep the Service secure, reliable, and improving, balanced against your rights and freedoms), legal obligation (for example, to keep accounting and compliance records), and consent where we specifically ask for it. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

6. AI-assisted features

Some features use a third-party AI provider to generate suggestions, drafts, and answers from the data in your workspace. When you use these features, the relevant data is sent to the AI provider only to fulfil your request, and is not used to train the provider’s models. The provider may retain that request data only briefly, for security and abuse-monitoring purposes, in line with its own policy. If you prefer not to use AI features, you can simply not use them.

7. Service providers

We rely on a small set of trusted providers to run the Service. They process data only as needed to provide their service to us:

ProviderWhat they do
Supabase (Ireland, EU)Database, authentication, and application hosting. Your workspace data is stored in the EU (Dublin, Ireland).
Lemon SqueezyPayments, subscriptions, invoicing, and applicable taxes, acting as our Merchant of Record. We never receive your card details.
Anthropic (Claude)Powers AI-assisted features on request. Data is processed statelessly and is not used to train models.
ResendDelivery of transactional service emails (sign-in links and notices).
Zoho MailOur business email; handles correspondence you send to us, such as support requests.
CloudflareWebsite hosting, content delivery, security, and cookieless aggregate analytics for adsignor.com.

These providers act as our sub-processors for any personal data they handle on our behalf. If you process personal data in your workspace as a controller, a Data Processing Agreement is available on request, and we will take reasonable steps to notify you of material changes to our sub-processors.

8. Where your data is stored

Your application data is hosted within the European Union (Dublin, Ireland). Some providers (for example, payment or AI providers) may process limited data outside the EU; where that happens, appropriate safeguards - such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses - are applied.

9. How long we keep data

We keep your account and workspace data for as long as your account is active. After you close your account, your data remains available for export for a limited period (typically around 30 days), after which we delete or anonymise it within a reasonable time (typically within 90 days), except where we must keep certain records to meet legal or accounting obligations.

10. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at hello@adsignor.com; some can also be actioned directly within the app. You may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.

11. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that data will never be lost, altered, or accessed without authorisation. If a security breach affects your personal data, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority and, where required by law, affected users, without undue delay. We recommend keeping your own copies and exports of important data; our liability in connection with the Service is addressed in our Terms of Use.

12. Children

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.

14. Contact
