Common questions.

What's the trial like?
14 days of full Starter-tier access. No card required. At the end, you pick a paid plan or your workspace becomes read-only - your data stays put either way.
Do I have to pick the right tier upfront?
No. Upgrade or downgrade any time - the screen cap adjusts immediately. If you're hosting 47 screens and growing, you'll naturally move from Starter to Growth.
How does the screen limit work if I have more than one workspace?
Each workspace is its own subscription with its own screen limit - the count is per workspace and screens are not pooled or shared between workspaces. Most operators run a single workspace for their whole network. If you genuinely need separate workspaces (say, two distinct networks), each one carries its own plan and its own screen cap.
How does the AI work?
Adsignor uses Claude (by Anthropic) under the hood. AI calls run through our servers - you don't need an API key. Your data stays in your workspace; AI requests are stateless and never used to train models.
Is my data private?
Yes. Each workspace is isolated. Data is hosted in the EU (Dublin, Ireland), GDPR-compliant. Daily backups, no cross-workspace access, encrypted at rest and in transit.
Can I invite my team?
Yes. Domain-based invites are built in - teammates sign up with their company email and request to join your workspace. Roles: Admin / Sales / Viewer. No per-seat fees.
What about billing?
Pay monthly, or choose annual and get 2 months free. Billing is handled by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record, so they take care of VAT, tax compliance, and payment methods (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal). Cancel anytime from your dashboard - cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
